燃油蒸汽鍋爐采用水管貫流式爐膽結(jié)構(gòu)，并配備安全閥，溫度過(guò)熱，水位過(guò)低，壓力過(guò)高等四重保護(hù)，絕對(duì)安全可靠。燃油蒸汽鍋爐操作簡(jiǎn)單，只需按下按鈕，既進(jìn)入自動(dòng)運(yùn)行狀態(tài)，無(wú)需專人值守。但是它也會(huì)有出現(xiàn)故障的時(shí)候，那么在平時(shí)的使用中，應(yīng)該注意些什么呢？
1、使用蒸汽鍋爐應(yīng)特別注意鍋爐房的通風(fēng)條件，萬(wàn)一發(fā)生泄漏，如果通風(fēng)不好的話，極易引起液態(tài)氣在地面上凝結(jié)和擴(kuò)散，造成惡性爆炸事故。

2、鍋爐人員應(yīng)時(shí)刻注意氣體閥門的開關(guān)情況。氣體管路不可漏氣，若有異常情況，如鍋爐房?jī)?nèi)有異常氣味，不可開啟燃燒器，應(yīng)及時(shí)檢查通風(fēng)情況，排除氣味，檢查閥門，正常后才可投入運(yùn)行。

3、氣體壓力不可過(guò)高和過(guò)低，應(yīng)在設(shè)定的范圍內(nèi)運(yùn)行，具體參數(shù)由蒸汽鍋爐生產(chǎn)廠家提供。當(dāng)鍋爐運(yùn)行一段時(shí)間，發(fā)現(xiàn)氣體壓力低于設(shè)定值時(shí)，應(yīng)及時(shí)與煤氣公司聯(lián)系，供氣壓力是否有變化。燃燒器運(yùn)行一段時(shí)間，應(yīng)及時(shí)檢查管路中過(guò)濾器是否清潔，如氣壓下降很多，有可能是氣體雜質(zhì)過(guò)多，過(guò)濾器被堵塞，應(yīng)拆下清洗，必要時(shí)更換濾芯。

4、在停運(yùn)一段時(shí)間或檢查管路后，在重新投入運(yùn)行時(shí)，應(yīng)打開放空閥，放氣一段時(shí)間，放氣時(shí)間應(yīng)根據(jù)管路長(zhǎng)短及氣體種類來(lái)確定。若鍋爐停用時(shí)間較長(zhǎng)，則應(yīng)切斷煤氣供應(yīng)總閥，關(guān)閉放空閥。
After the outage or check the pipeline for some time, when put into operation again, open the vent valve, bleed for some time, deflated time should be determined according to the length and type of gas pipeline.
