一、鍋爐檢查對我市的一些企業進行鍋爐的檢查發現的問題
鍋爐水處理設備質量良莠不齊，部分設備粗制濫造，容易損壞，甚至存在嚴重的設計缺陷。國家對鍋爐水處理系統安裝單位未實行資質認定，安裝單位技術水平參差不齊，一些安裝單位由于技術能力限制，導致水處理系統在安裝時就埋下安全隱患。部分企業沒有配備專職的水處理工或以司爐工兼職代替，水處理操作人員專業知識缺乏。企業普遍存在輕視水處理工作的問題，沒有充分認識到水處理工作對安全生產、節能減排的重要作用。

二、處理鍋爐水處理問題的對策：
1、盡快制定完善水處理設備相關強制性標準，并對水處理設備實行市場準入制度，確保設備安全可靠。
